It is a green lagoon located at the foot of the Urus snow-capped mountain, surrounded by ichu and Quenuals. It is recommended for the acclimatization of people who will be doing trekking and climbing activities.

Itinerary description

8:00 am: Our departure is from Huaraz by private bus, to the town of Pashpa located at 3400 m. of altitude, the walk is by the route that goes to the Ishinca ravine, after some kilometers, it deviates and enters towards the Uruscocha ravine. The hike takes approximately 3 hours to the lagoon. During the journey, you can see several snow-capped mountains of the Cordillera Blanca.

 5:00 pm: Arrival in Huaraz.
