Thank you for choosing us as your travel agency! Please read the following information carefully before making a reservation.

Our Agreement

The terms and conditions between our agency and the client are established with full understanding and agreement by both parties (Company and Client). By submitting a booking form and signing this agreement, you authorize us to provide the services on your behalf and on behalf of all persons included in the reservation, all of whom are subject to this agreement. You also confirm that you are fully informed about and agree with the services provided.

About Reservations

You may book a travel service by completing the online booking form and submitting a percentage deposit of the total trip cost. A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive final confirmation from us.

Once the service has been selected (climbing / trekking), a partial payment of the total service cost is required. The total cost will be detailed when you request trip information and is subject to the number of participants and the price per person. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the program (climbing / trekking).

We recommend making the partial deposit at least two months in advance of the trip in order to secure entrance permits and staff availability.

Payment Method

Once the agreement is confirmed, the client or company must make the payment to a Peruvian bank. Transfers are generally made through Western Union or MoneyGram, using the bank of your choice. Our agency is not responsible for any fees generated during interbank or international transfers.

Required Documentation at the Time of Booking

  • Proof of partial payment or bank voucher (scanned)
  • Group information (complete list of participants), including:
    • Passport number
    • Flight number
    • Departure and return dates
    • Specific dietary requirements
    • Medication allergies
    • Previous travel experience
    • Travel insurance information

Travel Insurance

Our tour packages do not include travel insurance. All trips organized by our agency require valid travel insurance for any eventuality.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip interruption and cancellation, baggage, accident/life insurance, repatriation, and any other expenses that may arise due to loss, damage, injury, delays, or inconvenience.

Changes Requested by You

If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation such as transferring the reservation to another person or changing hotels a change or transfer fee will apply. This is due to external suppliers (including hotels, national parks, ground transportation services, etc.) often imposing additional fees or penalties for changes or cancellations.

The change fee will be coordinated with the company representative upon written request sent via your corporate email address.

Changes Made by Us

Any changes made by us may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to local circumstances or events such as mechanical issues, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, political disputes, weather conditions, border crossing issues, or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible regarding available alternatives.

Penalties

Program cancellations are subject to penalties based on costs incurred due to advance payments made to third parties (such as mountain support staff, transportation reservations, national park entrance permits, etc.).

  • If the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start date of any program, a penalty of US$100 from the non-refundable deposit, plus US$50 in administrative fees, will apply.
  • If the cancellation is made 45 days prior to the start date of any program, a penalty of 50% of the total program cost, plus US$50 in administrative fees, will apply.
  • If the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the start date of any program, a penalty of 100% of the total program cost will apply.

Liability

The passenger is solely responsible for the custody of their luggage and travel documents. The travel agency may assist the passenger in the event of lost luggage or travel documents; however, under no circumstances shall the agency be responsible for the loss, damage, deterioration, or theft of such items.

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events before or during the trip (including accidents, strikes, earthquakes, weather conditions, security issues, political factors, denial of entry permits, public health issues, among others), or in order to ensure the successful operation of the program, the operator and/or agency may modify, replace, or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, hotels, or optional services. This is accepted by the passenger at the time of purchasing the services and according to the specific terms and conditions of the program.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are valid, effective, and in your possession throughout the entire trip. We recommend applying for or renewing your passport well in advance.

Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. You assume full responsibility for verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements. You are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

At the Start of the Tour

It is your responsibility to be ready to begin the tour as specified in the itinerary. Our agency is not responsible for any losses resulting from canceled or missed flights, changes in flight schedules, late arrivals, or early departures.

Additional Services

Additional services not specified in the program such as private transportation (Lima–Huaraz / Huaraz Lima), hotel reservations, flight bookings, equipment rental, or any extra services are subject to prior request and coordination with our company. We will be happy to assist you.

Included Services

The program includes only those services described in the final confirmed itinerary.
