MOUNTAIN CLIMBING PREPARATION

At AndesXped, every great ascent begins with the right preparation. Our expeditions are designed to deliver a safe, exclusive, and world - class mountain experience

01 / PHYSICAL FITNESS

Participants should have a fitness level appropriate to the challenge. This ensures you can enjoy demanding terrain, long mountain days, and a smooth adaptation to altitude. Our team will guide you in selecting the experience that best fits your profile.

02 / Training & Experience

Previous mountain experience is recommended, but not required. If you’re new to mountaineering, AndesXped offers a pre-expedition Basic Mountaineering Course, providing the essential skills, confidence, and technical knowledge needed for a successful ascent.

03 / Acclimatization

Proper acclimatization is built into all our itineraries. Through progressive ascents and acclimatization hikes, we help your body adapt safely while maximizing performance and comfort at altitude.
