Itinerary description

Our departure is from the city of Huaraz at the appointed time, by private bus to Pitek, passing through the villages of Unchus and Lupa. That is located in the outskirts of the city of Huaraz, in this point, you have an ample panoramic view of the central part of the White Mountain range and the Black Mountain range at the same time, after the arrival in bus to Pitek 3850 m, the long walk towards the lagoon begins, entering by the moderate footpath and until exhausting in the rocky part, after 3 hours of long walk you arrive at the Churup lagoon 4450 m. We will obtain a view of the turquoise-green lagoon and the snow-capped mountain of the same name. The return path is by the same route of ascent, to then return to the city of Huaraz. Transfer to the hotel. Walk of 6 to 7 hours.
